HEAD – TECHNICAL

Excellent functional knowledge, proven background in equipment design, manufacturing and commissioning of drying systems such as Calciners, Rotary Dryers, Spray Dryers, Band Dryers, Paddle Dryers, Conveyorized Dryers etc. is essential. The candidate must be Post Graduate/ Graduate Chemical Engineers with 20-25 years of experience.

GENERAL MANAGER – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Experienced and result oriented Business development executive required for Marketing critically customized turnkey equipment/ systems and products in diverse sectors namely Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil/ Gas & Refinery, etc. We are looking for dynamic professionals with techno commercial background who have worked in similar position for minimum ten years. Post Graduate/ Graduate in Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering with 15-20 years of experience with excellent communication skills may apply.

GENERAL MANAGER – PRODUCTION
The Incumbent will be responsible for overall production activity of the company. Experience working in Modern Fabrication Shop and capable of handling over 40 Engineers and 400 Workmen on the shop floor to achieve planned dispatches. Knowledge of manufacturing / fabrication techniques and welding as per International codes for various materials including exotic metals is essential. Candidate should be Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 18 to 20 years’ experience in similar position working in a reputed fabrication shop.

DY. GENERAL MANAGER/ SR.MANAGER – DESIGN
Experienced in Design & Detailed Engineering of custom built equipment like Rotary Dryers, Calciners, Conveyorized Dryers, Spray Dryers, Band Dryers, Paddle Dryers, etc. is a must. The incumbent should have adequate knowledge in review of Engineering documents, Drawings, Designs, estimation, selection as per international code and standards. He should be capable of leading a team of design and drafting personnel. Post Graduate/ Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 10-15 years of experience in customized products/ systems may apply.

DY. GENERAL MANAGER/ SR.MANAGER – QAC
Responsible for QA and QC activities including interaction with reputed TP inspection agencies for fabricated and bought out items. Must have sound technical knowledge of various international codes and standards used for fabrication and welding. He should be capable to lead a team of Inspection Engineers & ensure compliances of the procedures as per customer requirement/ documents. Knowledge of ASME Code is essential. Candidate should be graduate in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10-15 years of experience in similar products.

MANAGER – ESTIMATION
Candidate should have techno / commercial experience in estimation of customized products / systems including Dryers (Solid, Liquid & Gas) and Rotary equipment with accessories like bag filters, cyclones, hot air generators, piping, instrumentation etc. Estimation of air drying systems, gas drying systems, skids, comprising of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, heaters, piping, valves, instrumentation, Estimation of spares required by customer for various dryers based on available data resources, Perform other duties as assigned.
B.E. (Chemical) from a reputed College / Institute with 8-12 years of experience in similar product preferred.  Candidate with less experience may be considered for Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager.

MANAGER – ELECTRICAL DESIGN
Planning and preparation of drawings, document control Index for electrical installation, Preparation of SLDs of LT panel, PMCC, MCC, relay selection & coordination, lighting Distribution board & other misc. DBs, of plant, preparation of power layout, earthing layout, lighting layout, cable schedule, Preparation of specification & Datasheet with BOQ of electrical equipment’s like electrical panels, cables, motors, cable trays, lighting fittings & other miscellaneous items etc., Estimation & Pricing of electrical parts of tender, Inspection of electrical bought outs like switchgears, cables etc., Testing & commissioning of electrical installation at site, Knowledge of statutory rules & National/ International codes, Evaluation of offer & finalization of vendor based on technical & commercial parameters.
B.E. (Electrical) from a reputed Institute / College with 8-10 years of experience in similar product may apply.
